Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting using AWS and VB tools.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales-related projects and client requests.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through efficient administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AWS and VB tools for data management and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
