Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key administrative and financial metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or design firm setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external parties.
