Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including inventory logs, work orders, and shipment documentation.
  • Liaise between production, logistics, and quality control teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production metrics, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials and supplies, tracking deliveries and verifying receipts against purchase orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to production activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production administration, manufacturing, or a similar operational role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and production tracking tools is a plus.
