Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation for operational processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, HR) to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as required.
  • Assist in scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements and venue bookings.
  • Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors, tracking orders, and managing inventory records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or Mandarin is a plus.
