Responsibility

  • Manage daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and executives.
  • Oversee petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to headquarters.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or operations support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling petty cash and basic financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in Bali is a plus.
