Responsibility
- Manage daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and executives.
- Oversee petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to headquarters.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and corporate functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or operations support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling petty cash and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in Bali is a plus.
