Responsibility
- Manage and maintain administrative records for the production department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Calculate and process payroll for partner employees, verifying data and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and improve administrative efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to production activities, payroll, and other operational metrics.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office and production supplies as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and calls, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Support the implementation of new administrative systems or tools to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a production or operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling financial and payroll data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations is a plus.
