Responsibility

  • Monitor and track shipments, updating internal systems and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and client interactions using CRM or ERP software.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for the sales team, optimizing time and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
