Responsibility
- Process and verify government subsidy reimbursement claims with 100% accuracy.
- Organize, classify, and maintain digital and physical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on all submitted claims to ensure completeness and adherence to guidelines.
- Generate detailed reports on claim statuses, discrepancies, and processing timelines for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite approvals.
- Manage cloud-based archiving systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) for secure and accessible record-keeping.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely submission of all claims.
- Provide administrative support for audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reimbursement processing, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Dropbox).
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
