Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate plant records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate document control processes to ensure timely updates and accessibility.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with FDA portal requirements and CPR standards.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify regulatory documentation.
- Monitor and track document revisions and approvals to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on document control and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and CPR compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
