Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Process and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
- Handle data entry, filing, and retrieval of information with high attention to detail.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing inventory records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data processing.
