Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the SEA General Manager and Commercial Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive team.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive administrative or office support role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management teams is highly advantageous.
