Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the SEA General Manager and Commercial Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive team.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive administrative or office support role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management teams is highly advantageous.
