Responsibility
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain and update company financial records and documentation.
- Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify financial data.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or documentation role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
