Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Purchasing, Finance, and Sales departments, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads and team members.
- Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a multi-departmental setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
