Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the entire tendering process, from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client requirements.
- Develop and refine high-quality tender documents, proposals, and presentations tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to gather accurate information and align proposal content with project goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance proposal competitiveness and identify strategic advantages.
- Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, past submissions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international tendering guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms where applicable.
- Monitor and report on tender performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future bidding strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management, proposal writing, or bid coordination, preferably in the water, environmental, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end tender processes and securing contracts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
