Responsibility
- Manage and process monthly payroll for transport drivers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefits, including allowances, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update HR records, including attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employment.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and tax filings as required by Indonesian authorities.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for transport personnel.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with employees and management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus.
