Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to government projects, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the department or project leads.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Handle logistical arrangements for events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Support the implementation of office procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with government procedures and protocols is an advantage.
