Responsibility
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, lease agreements, contracts, and office records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely processing and filing of all documentation.
- Manage and update digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing project-related correspondence and reports.
- Monitor deadlines for contract renewals, lease agreements, and regulatory submissions.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other administrative materials for stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project and leasing documents.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, real estate, or leasing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with document management systems and basic contract terminology is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
