Responsibility
- Coordinate and process daily transaction orders from store branches and supermarkets.
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and ensure timely updates to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Liaise with sales teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends and inventory needs based on historical data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
