Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and track deliveries across Bali.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
