In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our retail footprint across Bali’s most vibrant markets, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s retail market to expand company revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Create and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on retail innovations and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
