Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to merchants, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for new merchants.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency.
- Document support requests and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in training merchants on the use of IT tools and platforms.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Support the IT team in various operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with customer service principles is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
