Responsibility
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle invoicing and follow up on payments to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Coordinate sales-related transactions, including order fulfillment and client communications.
- Maintain and update sales records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
