As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the backbone of our sales cycle, managing administrative workflows, client documentation, and internal reporting. Responsibility
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation for retail partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries regarding project status and sales updates.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule follow-ups, and manage correspondence with key retail stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and product literature.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is considered a strong advantage.
