This position offers a stable 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), providing an excellent work-life balance. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end sales order processing cycle, from quotation preparation to final delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production departments to track project timelines and inventory availability.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM entries to support management reporting.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and tender documents for stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external clients.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a team-based setting.
