Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports using CRM software.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the production team to meet demand.
- Support the sales team in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
