Responsibility
- Assist customers in completing credit applications at partner merchants and retail outlets.
- Guide users through the registration and usage of the company’s digital financing application.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and terms to potential applicants.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in Bali.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive conversions.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate digital applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas (Labuan Bajo, Ruteng, and surrounding regions).
- Prior experience in contract-based sales roles is an advantage.
