Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences as a brand ambassador, representing client products with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Execute merchandising strategies, including product placement, signage, and promotional setups to maximize visibility and sales.
- Ensure all fixtures, displays, and retail spaces are clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update device software (e.g., tablets, POS systems) to ensure seamless operations for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular store audits to monitor compliance with merchandising standards and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail teams to address inventory needs, restocking, and promotional execution.
- Capture and report real-time insights on customer feedback, product performance, and competitive activity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, brand messaging, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or brand ambassadorship (preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute visual merchandising standards precisely.
- Basic technical proficiency to troubleshoot and update software on retail devices (training provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on store schedules.
- Fluent in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
