Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their residency goals and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Guide clients through the Singapore residency application process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
- Stay updated on Singaporeâs residency policies and market trends to provide accurate advice.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Participate in networking events and business development activities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Singaporeâs residency programs or immigration policies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
