Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations for project tenders, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase company capabilities and solutions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the power, energy, or technical industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Technical knowledge of power systems, energy solutions, or related products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
