Responsibility
- Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with shoppers and understanding their sporting needs.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to ensure an appealing product display.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, including footwear technology, apparel trends, and sporting equipment.
- Assist with stock inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs through suggestive selling and promotional activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe retail environment for all customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous retail or customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Passionate about sports, fitness, and the active lifestyle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for daily retail operations.
