Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets for renewable energy products.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in local events and trade shows to expand the company’s network and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy, automotive, or sustainability sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for renewable energy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Bali’s geographic areas are a plus.
