As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and providing expert recommendations on our extensive range of flooring options. Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their flooring needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and customization options to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring, home improvement, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
