Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions to meet their objectives.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
