Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and logistics companies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the automotive sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of Autokid Truck Solutions’ products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level decision-makers.
