Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for luxury accommodations, events, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators to drive bookings and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and campaigns that attract high-value guests.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Aureo Hotels and Resort and expand its market presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS).
