Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients in Bali’s hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and property owners to secure high-value interior fit-out projects.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and design concepts, to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sold projects from concept to completion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the Bali interior design market.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent CS21 Design at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the interior design, construction, or real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards, with the ability to discuss technical details confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Existing network or connections in Bali’s hospitality, commercial real estate, or luxury residential markets is highly advantageous.
