Responsibility
- Conduct outdoor outreach programs to educate communities about hearing health and promote Clinico Hearing Asia’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, assisting clients with hearing assessments, product demonstrations, and consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate hearing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in local events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in hearing care to provide informed recommendations.
- Work closely with audiologists and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (healthcare or retail experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor settings as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of hearing health or willingness to undergo training on hearing care products and services.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for outreach activities and events.
