Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with expectant parents to explain the benefits of cord blood and tissue banking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the Bali region.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, midwives, and OB/GYN clinics to establish referral partnerships.
  • Stay updated on scientific advancements in stem cell research to provide accurate, evidence-based information to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing and follow-up.
  • Organize and participate in health fairs, seminars, and community events to raise awareness about stem cell banking.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
