Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate Apple products and accessories.
- Process sales transactions, manage cash registers, and handle various payment methods with high accuracy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are updated and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and regular stock counts.
- Stay updated on the latest Apple product features, software updates, and promotional offerings.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Deep interest in Apple technology and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
