Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their Apple product inquiries.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the retail store floor.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with high integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Stay updated with the latest Apple innovations and software updates to provide expert-level technical guidance.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course or at least 2 years in college.
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in Apple ecosystem and consumer electronics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume transactions.
- Proactive team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
