Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the right building materials and home solutions based on their needs, budget, and project requirements.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and applications to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers through in-store and digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction processes, or home improvement solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
