Responsibility

  • Conduct proactive prospecting to identify and engage potential customers for vehicles and spare parts.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for units and accessories.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Ensure a high standard of showroom presentation and customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, retail, or B2C sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and lead management is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target locations).
