Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable electronic products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and corporate clients to foster repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products, specifications, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
