Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize consignment revenue and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with comic vendors, collectors, and consignment partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor market trends in the comic industry to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory listings, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
- Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product descriptions and promotions.
- Resolve customer and vendor inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or consignment operations, preferably in eCommerce or collectibles.
- Strong understanding of the comic book market, trends, and collector community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay).
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Passion for comics, pop culture, or collectibles is a strong plus.
