Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-person engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store events.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
