Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Bali's healthcare sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue goals.
- Represent Care Center Clinic at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
