Responsibility
- Manage and process quotation requests from new and existing customers in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide accurate cost estimates for logistics services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales) to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Maintain and update quotation databases and customer records.
- Prepare and present quotation proposals to clients, addressing inquiries and negotiating terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure Hellmann remains competitive.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing quotation-related queries and concerns.
- Generate reports on quotation activities and conversion rates for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, pricing, or quotation management, preferably in logistics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
