Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on electronic products, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing store traffic and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and meet targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic products and their applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
