Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on electronics products, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and meet targets.

- Flexibility to travel across multiple locations in Bali as required.
