Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients visiting our stores.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our electronics products to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of electronics products and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
